- You can select to have your purchased shipped by Australia Posts eParcel, Express Post or with our road based courier, Fastway. Our courier service requires a signature on delivery. This is the best shipping method for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro deliveries to a business address.
- If you live in a unit or are not 100% sure that you will be at home or your office for your delivery, the best method is Australia post (eParcel or Express Post). If you are not home at the time of the delvery your item can be collected from the local post office.
- Privacy & Security
- We will never sell or pass on your personal information to a 3rd party company unless it is directly related to your purchase or delvery of your purchase. All payments are transacted through PayPal's encrypted payment gateway and your credit card or banking details are safe.
- Returns & Replacements
- Your items are covered by a manufacturers limited warranty. The warranty period can vary based on the product you have purchased. All products are covered by a minimum of a 12 months warranty and some extend to 5 years. All power supplies/adapters are covered by a limited 12 month warranty only. - To order TRENDnet products on our website just click the "Add to Cart" button which is located on each product page. When you have added all the products you require to your cart then press the "My Cart" icon and increase or descrease the quantity of each product before clicking on the "checkout" icon. You can then follow the prompts to add your name and delivery details and shipping options. All payments are transacted through PayPal's secure payment gateway.
